How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. International shipping can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Does the jewelry tarnish over time?
Our pieces are water-resistant and designed for daily wear. However, to maintain the luster of your gold plating, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Agapée piece comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects. If your jewelry breaks or loses its plating prematurely, we will replace it free of charge.
